Who is the Inner & Outer Edge Roundtable designed for?
The Roundtable is designed for mid-to-senior executives (typically at General Manager, Director, C-Suite or equivalent level) who are ready to invest in themselves, not just in their organisation. Participants are usually high performers who have reached a ceiling they know is internal, or leaders navigating a significant transition in role, team or market complexity.
You do not need to have done executive development before. You do need to be willing to reflect, be challenged, and apply what you learn between sessions.
What is the difference between the Inner Edge and Outer Edge Roundtables?
Think of them as two sides of the same transformation. The Inner Edge works from the inside out, it focuses on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, courage and the internal landscape that drives your decisions and your impact on others. Can I join the Roundtable as an individual, or is this only for organisations?
Both. Individuals can self-nominate and join an open cohort. Organisations can also sponsor a group of leaders to go through the programme together, this has the additional benefit of creating a shared language and aligned leadership culture within the executive team.
