The problems facing most large corporations today:

Problem 1:

Accelerated technological innovations have changed the way business is conducted and understood (Taminiau, Nyangon, Lewis & Byrne, 2017). There is no more important time than now to TRANSFORM your environment for INNOVATION and PROFIT.

Large corporations:

  1. Are not clear as to how to expedite Innovation in their company. Are you?
  2. Do not know what process to use to expedite Innovation. Do you?

Problem 2:

Innovation is the creation of ecological value (product or service) in exchange for value (money). The process of Innovation, broadly known as Design Thinking, has 8 stages and each stage requires a different neurological skill.

Large corporations:

  1. Are not clear as to whether they have the right neurological skill set in their company to excel at Innovation. Are you?
  2. Do not know how to harness the innovation potential of their team. Do you?

Problem 3:

The process of Innovation or Design Thinking involves an evolved type of inclusive thinking, broadly known as Systems Thinking. The complexity of thinking, present in more evolved companies operating from higher value levels, is critical to successful Innovation.

Large corporations:

  1. Are not clear as to whether their environment supports Innovation through the application of Systems Thinking. Are you?
  2. Do not know how to elevate the thinking present in your environment for greater Innovation. Do you?

The solutions to the problems facing large corporations:

Assessment 1: Neurodiversity and the Innovation Process (NDIP)

This solution aims to solve problem 1 & 2.

A company must innovate to thrive. For a company to innovate it must have the necessary NEURODIVERSITY to be able to fulfil the process of DESIGN THINKING, the most commonly practised and widely known system of value creation in innovation theory.

Our first of its kind assessment tool will highlight the NEURODIVERSITY in your team and recommend how best to utilise the unique strengths of your team members in the DESIGN THINKING process in order to exponentially increase your INNOVATION capability.

The result:

The insights report will indicate WHO in your team should be placed in which of the 8 stages of Design Thinking and how to utilise the Design Thinking process to SOLVE any challenge.

Assessment 2: Innovative Culture Assessment Tool (ICAT)

This solution aims to solve problem 3.

A company must innovate to thrive. For a company to innovate the company CULTURE must naturally support SYSTEMS THINKING as evidenced by the behaviours noted in the environment. As the world gets more complex, more complex systems are required to understand and resolve problems.

Our first of its kind assessment tool will highlight the BEHAVIOURS noted in your environment that do and do not support the practise of SYSTEMS THINKING. Systems Thinking is essential to supporting the process of INNOVATION.

The result:

The insights report will indicate the percentage of INNOVATIVE vs NON-INNOVATIVE behaviours present collectively and per department. The frequency of non-innovative behaviours will indicate the training required to increase INNOVATION OUTPUT. It is recommended that you re-assess your environment every 6months and note collective and departmental progress.

Assessment 3: Purpose Driven Meta-Programs and Values (PDMP)

This solution aims to solve problem 3.

We are in the Exponential Age, the 4th Industrial Revolution. To innovate is to transform the status quo and to transform the status quo one needs to embrace diversity and think differently. It is therefore essential to understand how we individually and collectively receive, process and transmit information.

Meta programs are part of our filters through which we distort, generalise and delete information received via our 5 senses and in fact, they are the most unconscious filters. Meta programs are content free filters. They are filters that filter our experience, but they are free of content. Values are filters which have content and yet they filter our experience.

The result:

This survey enables a company to commence or speed up inclusive diversity, note areas of development and align stakeholders towards the company purpose and values.

Why do we conduct this Assessment?

To know how to TRANSFORM your environment for INNOVATION and PROFIT.

What do the results of the assessment mean?

The NDIP Assessment tool is geared at identifying how best to utilise the unique neurological skill of each team member for the purpose of increasing innovation. The ICAT Assessment tool is geared at identifying if the behaviours present in your environment support the values of Innovation and what to focus on to increase innovation. The PDMP Assessment tool is geared at better understanding your team and thus cultivating an increase in self- and team-inclusion, towards the company purpose and values.

What happens after the assessment?

You will receive the results and a how-to guide to TRANSFORM your environment for INNOVATION and PROFIT. Should you require training and coaching support thereafter to assist with the implementation of the results, we are happy to provide this additional support.

What is the science behind the assessment?

The assessments are based on the research of; Carl Jung, Dr Clare Graves, Dr Tad and Adriana James and the research of our founder, Wendy Mahoney.

What will the reports look like?

Assessment 1 (NDIP), will map your teams’ Neurodiversity to the Innovation process known as Design Thinking. Please see the illustration below.

The report will further highlight the specific neurological skill required for each of the 8 stages and the relevant team members that match that skill, as well as how specifically to harness that skill.

Assessment 2 (ICAT), will highlight the behaviours noted in your environment that do not support the practice of SYSTEMS THINKING. Please see below snapshot of the questions.

The insights will be presented to you in a recommendations document titled: What behaviours to focus on to transform your environment for innovation and profit. The insights will be collective and departmental and categorised in order of priority based on frequency of mentions.

Should you require further assistance in implementing a tailored training and coaching program to meet your areas of development, we can assist upon request.

It is recommended that you re-assess your environment every 6months and note collective and departmental progress.

Assessment 3 (PDMP), will highlight how each team member receives, processes and delivers information as well as how aligned they are to the company’s purpose and values. Please see illustration below.

The report will enable greater insight into oneself and others, enhancing inclusion and collaboration. Inclusion is a key value to Innovation.
