Qhakaza Girl is a social impact initiative developed and championed by Ndlovukazi Online Media a technology and media enterprise. The project works as a pipeline and impact-driven agenda to provide sustainable support of youth into the I-STEAM sectors.
Launched October 2018 through a design thinking process with 40 TVET students. The initiative aims to stimulate, educate and develop youth through 4IR education and tools readily available. Qhakaza Girl has sought to address the critical and dire need to bridge the scarce skills gap in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.
