What is the science behind the assessment?
The assessments are based on the research of; Carl Jung, Dr Clare Graves, Dr Tad and Adriana James and the research of our founder, Wendy Mahoney.
What will the reports look like?
Assessment 1 (NDIP), will map your teams’ Neurodiversity to the Innovation process known as Design Thinking. Please see the illustration below.
The report will further highlight the specific neurological skill required for each of the 8 stages and the relevant team members that match that skill, as well as how specifically to harness that skill.

Assessment 2 (ICAT), will highlight the behaviours noted in your environment that do not support the practice of SYSTEMS THINKING. Please see below snapshot of the questions.
The insights will be presented to you in a recommendations document titled: What behaviours to focus on to transform your environment for innovation and profit. The insights will be collective and departmental and categorised in order of priority based on frequency of mentions.
Should you require further assistance in implementing a tailored training and coaching program to meet your areas of development, we can assist upon request.
It is recommended that you re-assess your environment every 6months and note collective and departmental progress.
See example.
Assessment 3 (PDMP), will highlight how each team member receives, processes and delivers information as well as how aligned they are to the company’s purpose and values. Please see illustration below.
The report will enable greater insight into oneself and others, enhancing inclusion and collaboration. Inclusion is a key value to Innovation.
